Graphite pencil drawing...Wilson's Restaurant and Ice Cream Parlor has been located on Hwy 42 in the heart of Ephraim since 1906. People come from miles around to enjoy old-fashioned soda fountain and ice cream specialties, home-brewed draft root beer, and great food, while miniature juke boxes on every table play the classics. It's a popular place. During the peak tourist season, it's hard to even get in the door. Everybody loves Wilson's :)
